I just had to try to make this very short disco tune from the 70's longer. So I played around with different parts from the song to create this Extended Version.

Latest post is this classic track from the first album by Silver Convention, 'Save Me', was always my favourite song from them.
I have extended and reworked the intro and added more percussion, bass and drums to complete this refreshing mix of a great 70's disco tune.

Donna Summer - Love Is Just A Breath Away 2009
Here is the latest Donna Remix track completed by myself tonight.
It's from the Quincy Jones produced album from 1982 simply titled 'Donna Summer'
There are some real magic moments on this album, such as Mystery Of Love, Tokyo (Which I already posted my mix here), Lush Life & If It Hurts Just A Little, to name a few.
This particular track always screamed for a remix of some kind, to give it a more steady beat to dance to. I loved it in it's original form but never heard it played in clubs back in those days.
So here it is now for 2009, hope you like it.

Donna Summer - Our Love Remixes
These two remixes I did back in 2004.
Taken from the 'Bad Girls' CD it has always been one of my favourite tracks from that album.
I tried to create two different styles here, one is more orchestrated than the other which has a more Nrg feel.

C.C.Catch - Soul Survivor
From the pen of Dieter Bohlan (Modern Talking, Blue System) comes this brilliant europop tune from the German Songstress C C Catch.
I had a blast remixing this, throwing everything into the pot, adding extended instrumentl parts new drums, bass, percussion & a well known sample from legendary group Odyssey.
The remied version clocks in at 9 mins.

I have taken the original album version, speeded it up a couple of beats and added some sound effects and much more percussion and drum sounds. I think it livens the track up more.

Donna Summer - Spring Affair (Klyk Edit)
On this track I have done a striaghtforward re-edit and double tracked in places to lengthen and liven this great 70's disco tune from Donna. Taken from "A Love Trilogy" in 1976. It was the first track on the album and flowed into the track Summer Fever. There was also a reprise of the song on the flip side of the album. Originally written & produced by Summer, Moroder & Bellotte, it further demonstrated the strength of Donna's early career as a disco artist.
My re-edit comes in at 9.49mins.

Donna Summer - You're So Beautiful (Klyk's Nrg Mix)
More Donna Summer?..............You Bet!!
Here is my remix of the classic club track. I have used the Tony Moran Club Mix as the foundation for this remix.
I added bass, synth sounds & a load of extra percussion to completely change the running order.
It clocks in at around 9mins which is similar to the original mix I know but is different.
This track finally saw the light of day as a track on the bonus CD which accompanied some versions of The Journey, Greatest Hits CD.
